Hayley Strahs '26

Hayley is a current junior at LGHS, excited for her third year with The Wildcat Review. She loves music, writing, reading, and art. Outside of school, Hayley enjoys podcasting, color guard, working out, and hanging with her friends.
Saara Piplani '26
Vice Editor-in-Chief
Saara is a junior at LGHS, enjoying her second year working and editing for the Wildcat review. Outside of school, Saara is a programmer on the 972 Iron Claw Robotics team, plays two sports, and can kind of do a back flip (don’t take me up on that)

Poetry enthusiast, chemistry god, and LGHS junior Cassie Wei is an avid fantasy and sci-fi reader (her favorite author is Brandon Sanderson) who also plays the drums. This will be her second year in The Wildcat Review.

Lilly is a junior at LGHS, excited to be a part of the Wildcat Review for her first year. Outside of school, Lilly enjoys running and hanging out with her dog, Emmie. She is an avid reader and writer who collects and owns more books than she has room for. She is excited to use her passion to contribute to the Wildcat Review.

Secretary & Poetry Editor | Sophomore
Freya is a sophomore at LGHS and is on the Wildcat Review for the first time this year working as the poetry editor. Outside of school, Freya does a lot of ballet. In her free time, Freya likes to listen to music and read.

Serena is a current sophomore at LGHS and is thrilled to be a part of the Wildcat Review staff as an art editor this school year. She finds fulfillment in creating art and reading books when she can find time.

Megan is a junior at LGHS and looks forward to her time on the Wildcat Review. She loves reading, listening to overpriced vinyls, and petting her guinea pigs.

Faculty Advisor
Tonya McQuade an English Teacher at Los Gatos High School, as well as an author and blogger. Her most recently published book, A State Divided: The Civil War Letters of James Callaway Hale and Benjamin Petree of Andrew County, Missouri, is available on Amazon. She is a member of Poetry Center San Jose, South Bay Writers/California Writers Club, the National League of American Pen Women, and Emerging Civil War.
